Brief introduction:
The FBI turned to retired agent Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) for help as the notorious serial killer Joe (James purfoy) escaped from the death row and again went on a killing spree. Nine years ago, he personally arrested Joe, who murdered 14 female students. Hardy knows everything about Joe. But he is now a consultant, and the real leading force is the special task force set up by the FBI.
